Overview
KHC holds interests in a number of leading hotel management companies in addition to its portfolio of individual hotel properties, some of which are held through KHI and others directly owned. In acquiring these assets, KHC’s overall objective has been to create synergies by combining the management skills and brands of hotel management companies with individual hotel properties.
Investments have been made in a spectrum of hotel management brands, ranging from Four Seasons and Fairmont Raffles in the luxury segment to Mövenpick and Swissôtel, which have more flexible brands and are well suited to expansion in developing markets.
