Motorola's principal activities are to provide integrated communication and embedded electronic solutions. In 2006 Motorola generated net sales of $42.9 billion and net income of $3.7 billion. As of 31 December 2006, its net assets were $17.1 billion. KHC owns approximately one percent of the total issued capital of Motorola.
