PepsiCo's principal activities are to manufacture, market and sell snacks, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages and foods. In 2006 PepsiCo generated net revenue of $35.1 billion and net income of $5.6 billion. As of 31 December 2006, its net assets were $15.4 billion. KHC owns less than one percent of the total issued capital of PepsiCo.
