In addition, Priceline.com offers a personal finance service that markets home mortgages, refinancing and home equity loans through an independent licensee. In 2006 Priceline.com generated revenues of $1.1 billion and net income of $74.5 million. As of 31 December 2006, its net assets were $348.6 million. KHC owns approximately five percent of its total issued capital.
