Prince Alwaleed Receives Flynas & Airbus Representatives Following $8.6B Deal Ceremonial Signing Event. Flynas 34.08% Owned by KHC

The ceremonial signing event to mark Flynas’s $8.6B deal with Airbus took place today. Following the event, HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) received Mr. Ayed Al Jeaid, Chairman of NAS Holding and Mr. Christopher Buckley, Executive Vice President for Airbus, Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. The meeting was attended by Mr. Talal Almaiman, CEO of KHC, Bander Al Mohanna, CEO of NAS Holding Group and Mr. Mohammed Fahmy, KHC’s CFO, in addition to Mr. Fouad Attar, Managing Director, Airbus Middle East, Executive Vice President, Middle East and North Africa, Mr. Usman Mastan, Senior Sales Director, Airbus Middle East and Mr. Bander Al Hassan, Director, Marketing and Communication, NAS.

On Thursday 12th January, 2017, KHC announced that Flynas in which KHC owns a 34.08% stake, finalized the deal with Airbus for the purchase of new aircrafts. 

The occasion was also attended by NAS Holding Board Members, representatives from the Saudi Ministry of Transportation, GACA, CMA, Saudi Franci Bank, Embassy of France and Embassy of Spain.
